Give Credit Where Credit is Due

There was quite a bit of work put into this Flash submission, the filter effects were interesting, the backgrounds were nice, they were simple and didn't detract from the action.

I can see that, like most of us, you need to work on your anatomy, some scenes the characters are very distorted and other scenes they looked nearly perfect.

Which brings me to the main point of me writing this review, tracing. There is nothing wrong with studying movement and cinematography on video or animation for your own knowlege. There is nothing wrong with practicing what you learn that way. There is a problem, however, with tracing those scenes and not crediting the creators. You hurt your own reputation that way, I hope that you will come to realize that in time.

I'll give you 5 stars for the effort you put into the animation, animating is hard work but I'll leave the other 5 for when you do all your own work.

Decent if seemingly rushed.

The animations were well done with overall good art. The collab has a nice feel to it and the color scheme kept a good continuity throughout all the pieces.

The sound seems to have a bit too low quality, but that might have been necessary to keep the filesize acceptable.

The problems I see are the pre-loader is confusing, a simple "loading" in the corner on the load screen would have easily eliminated that. Additionally it is possible to include the names of the artists with a v-cam, you just need to experiment with the movie clips, and re-doing the one part that was imported wouldn't have been too difficult, I don't think.

All in all this collab is good, but not as good as it could have been.

Also, I think you should respond to reviewers with a bit more maturity.

Alright.

This was alright but far from the kind of think that piques my interest. The voice acting seems to be done by one person and the female voice(s) seem wrong.

I likes the randomness, but there didn't seem to be enough to keep the viewer intrigues.

Overall I would say that this submission is good but lacking.

It was all by one person. The female voices are supposed to be funny. I admit I could have made it a little more...shall we say, overdone, to make it seem like it wasn't trying to be serious. Thanks for the compliments and helpful tips.

This, sir, made my day. I rarely find flash submissions funny enough to make me laugh out loud. For achieving this, you get an overall 10.

Hard to judge fairly.

Much of this was awesome, -Joem, Andie, ReNaeNae, GuntherSwanh, FoxCat0, and you, Helbereth all did amazing pieces. Most of the others were quite good and a select few were regrettably very poor.

The lag on the preloader was simply absurd, I have a decent computer here, browsing with Opera, and it was going about 3 frames per second, without any real reason apart from exteme filter abuse. The menu was also laggy and it's something that needs to be taken into account before submitting, really is no excuse for it.

Having been a part of this rollercoaster of a collab since the beginning I can say that the final result, while decent could have been much, much more if a little care had been taken.

It shouldn't be that hard to tell someone; sorry this piece does not cut muster, doesn't really fit. It shouldn't be that hard to spot a loser.

I am glad to have been a part of this, and I am damn proud of my pieces, but overall all I can say is; dissapointing. =/
