This submission is great, and your award is well deserved, but if I read the word "tweening" one more time; I may swallow a razorblade.

Don't listen to people who don't make flash movies and don't know what they are talking about. A good artist uses his or her medium to it's fullest potential and will take advantage of everything that it has to offer. I am personally amazed that you took the time move each graphic manually, and it looks great. So good job on that.

I really dig the colorful style and the music as well.

I am looking forward to more submissions from you.

I love this cartoon!

The music was perfect and happy and loopy, same with the graphics, the story and the colors used.

...the somewhat bleak ending is extra icing on an already delicious cake.

Tell the lil' purple sphere-man I love him--if you ever find him again, that is.

This is good, kind of like snake inside-out, if you know what I mean.

Awesome scripting, super fun, really hard (for me at least) & addictive!

If you keep working on this, add flashier graphics, some sound and a highscore table; it could turn into one of the best games on Newgrounds.

Well done snake...

Graphics were clean and simple... I'm not crazy about "Simple Snake" always in the background.

Stylistically it was successful... I mean it's snake, how interesting can you make snake?

Sound was okay. The startup sound was good, the music got a little annoying after awhile, a powerup and death noise might improve everything.

You get a 10 for interactivity 'cause this was the first game on NG I've played since Aggressive Alpine Skiing that used a keyboard control to restart rather than a mouse click. This makes replaying SO much easier and I applaud you for realizing that. :D

I know it's meant to be a "Simple Snake" game but I would like to see something new in snake games.

All in all well done. :)

Nice clean graphics, tiny file size, excellent control. All good things.

A very simple and well done snake game.

I think a bigger view size would do well (but this was probably made for one of those pocket PC deals, right?).

My only real complaint, though, is that I don't really like the interface design of: click with mouse to start then immediately switch to keyboard control. I feel that it kind of interrupts the flow between games.

But most flash games that control with the keyboard use a mouse click to start so it's more of a general complaint than really anything to do with this particular game.

All in all, well done.
