The last time I finished and submitted a solo project was March, 18, 2005, I don't need to tell you that that was a long time ago. I haven't even worked on a collab in quite awhile.

My problem, for a long time, has been getting and staying motivated.

THEREFORE; I am going to try something new, I am going to post progress reports on my long-ass-time-in-production animation titled; Hello, and hopefully this will motivate me to make progress and keep making progress and finish the accursed thing and give myself +1 self-esteem.

Sooo....

Here is a shot of the title screen, something I've had done for a long time... this is the first of what will hopefully be frequent updates on the animations progress.

I really like the music I'm using, and I can almost positively assure you, that it's something you have never heard before, but if you dig any of the music I've used before and have good taste you will like it. ;]

So buckle-up, it's a-comin' whether you like it or not. =]

Hmm... mostly true, but there comes a point, in almost everything that's worthwhile doing, where things are more tedious or difficult than fun, but it's a persons ability to get through it that eventually defines the project... or something...

I know what you mean. Lack of time and resources is bad enough, but mostly the reason I don't produce anything is an overall lack of incentive. (I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem if I were getting paid. :P ) Good luck to you.

Thanks, I think when you do do something seeing the response can be an ultimately great reward, but getting to that point is fucking hard sometimes.

I have the same problem with dedication but since I started work on this game I'm doing 1-3 hours work on it a day. Good luck though!
